El Ayuntamiento, en colaboraci\u00f3n con la \u00fanica asociaci\u00f3n de mujeres que exist\u00eda en aquella \u00e9poca en Castillo de Locub\u00edn -Asociaci\u00f3n de Amas de Casa \u201cLa Villeta\u201d- , organiz\u00f3 una jornada para exponer en el Parque Municipal, distintos platos y postres, todos ellos elaborados con cerezas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mg-sm text-justify\" align=\"justify\">Desde aquella fecha y hasta la actualidad, la fiesta ha ido creciendo y teniendo continuidad en el tiempo, sin interrupci\u00f3n alguna.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mg-sm text-justify\" align=\"justify\">Los primeros a\u00f1os la fiesta duraba solo un d\u00eda, en la cual se celebraba un concurso gastron\u00f3mico y de productores casi exclusivamente a nivel local. Poco a poco, se fueron introduciendo numerosas actividades: concursos literarios, jornadas sobre el cultivo de la cereza\u2026 hasta alcanzar el formato actual. En un principio, se empez\u00f3 celebrando dentro del Parque Municipal, pero debido al crecimiento de la misma hubo que extender la ubicaci\u00f3n de este evento a calles aleda\u00f1as al Parque. Si bien el formato inicial guarda uniformidad, cada a\u00f1o se ve enriquecido con nuevas aportaciones que permiten el crecimiento y desarrollo de la Fiesta de la Cereza.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mg-sm text-justify\" align=\"justify\">La Fiesta de la Cereza se celebra este a\u00f1o, los d\u00edas 30, 31 de Mayo y 1 de Junio.<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><a
